JOSHUA DA COSTA

My passion comes from seeing clients go through the differing stages of change. Not only physically but the mental change this brings too. There is nothing better than seeing someone completely transform their life.

Don’t get me wrong I love it when the inches are falling off and people are finding out what diet is best suiting them. But what really makes me happy is when I see a person change their lifestyle and really embrace living. For their kids, partners and more importantly for themselves.

My acclaimed training philosophy considers your lifestyle as much as just the body, building on the dual specialism of Body Composition and Lifestyle Management to drive the best results with Physical/Mental Wellbeing from my clients.

Five years spent working closely with the Theatre community in West End allowed myself to develop unparalleled performance models, which I have now translated across a wide range of projects.
