JDCF8 is a minimum 8 weeks results driven coaching program. Disrespectful or aggressive language at any time during the coaching can cause the coaching to be terminated without refund. Once plans are written, no refund will be given unless granted by a JDCF coach and will be assessed on a case by case basis. By consenting to these conditions you are agreeing that your money back guarantee requires you to complete all plans to 80% minimum adherence and check in every week, failure to comply means you forfeit your guarantee. You agree that your training plan and any documents you receive as part of your coaching are confidential and must not be distributed or repurposed in any way. You agree that the check in process (progress pictures & measurements included) is compulsory and must be completed each week, and that if you are unable to complete your check in you must inform your coach prior to each Sunday. You must trust that your coach has your best interests at heart and that they are using their best judgement as a qualified professional to make decisions. You must ensure that you record all of your training and other relevant lifestyle and nutritional data in order for your coach to make adjustments. You must not use Facebook, Whatsapp or Instagram private messenger, for fitness or business-related communication unless it is incredibly urgent. Please make good use of the private Facebook group and live webinars for fitness or business-related questions. You must not take offence to critical and constructive feedback. Everything on this coaching, including your feedback is professionally advised to transform your health, body shape and performance. You must understand that you will be exposed to misleading information from a variety of sources and will consult your coach before actioning anything to ensure that you are fully aware of the consequences. You must be honest with your coach about anything that you feel will impact your progress or our working relationship. You must understand that your coach is a competent fitness professional but is not a miracle worker. You understand that you will have to work hard in order to achieve what you want, and that respectful, enthusiastic, open communication is key to our mutual success. You agree that as a client you are a representative of the The JDCF brand and therefore must not engage in slander or defamation towards any other member of the fitness industry, regardless of if you are right or if they deserve it. You acknowledge that engaging in such behaviour can lead to the termination of your coaching immediately without refund. You agree that each member of the JDCF community is to be treated with respect regardless of their initial reactions and there is a zero tolerance policy towards racism, sexism or homophobia.
